This week, Kolding, Denmark, hosted the Forum on Vocational Excellence 2025, a key European event dedicated to strengthening vocational education and training (VET). Bringing together more than 400 participants from across Europe, the forum served as a platform to exchange ideas and best practices on how VET systems can better respond to evolving economic and societal needs.
Discussions focused on critical themes such as inclusivity in vocational education, sustainability, and the growing role of Centers of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) in connecting education with industry and innovation. Through interactive workshops, site visits to industry partners, and networking sessions, participants explored practical approaches to improving skills development and workforce readiness.
The event also provided an opportunity to present the Quantum+ project to a broader European audience. By sharing ongoing work and objectives, the project contributed to raising awareness of emerging initiatives aimed at strengthening advanced skills and innovation within vocational education.
The Forum on Vocational Excellence 2025 highlighted the importance of collaboration, knowledge exchange, and continuous learning.
